Day 1: Casablanca pick-up and sightseeing

We begin the 8-day Morocco tour itinerary from Casablanca by picking you up from the airport or your hotel in Casablanca. The city is the largest in Morocco and the country’s commercial capital. Day 2: Casablanca, Rabat and Chefchaouen

The Hassan Tower, Mohammed V’s tomb, and the Oudaya Kasbah will all be on your itinerary. Lunch break is at a local restaurant. The next stop is the Rif Mountain city of Chefchaouen, known as the “Blue City.” To get there, we must go north through Ouazzane. The city’s white and blue walls have become its trademark. Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis and Meknes – Fes

Feel free to explore the picturesque alleyways of the blue city of Chefchaouen after breakfast. Then we drive to Volubilis, where the old Roman remains. It has been well taken care of because UNESCO selected it as a World Heritage Site. There are old pillars and arches all over the place, as well as many beautiful tiles. We drive 30 kilometers to Meknes after strolling over the ruins. The city is known as the Ismaili capital and is one of Morocco’s imperial cities. We’ll eat lunch at a typical Moroccan restaurant in the ancient Medina. Fez is also renowned as Morocco’s craft capital. On your full-day trip to Fes, you’ll stop at a viewpoint with a panoramic view of the Medina of Fes. After the city tour, we’ll return you to your riad or hotel. Stay in Fes for the night.

Day 5: Fes to Merzouga Desert

We go south through Imouzzer to see Ifrane after a warm breakfast. The city is famous for its cold weather, snow, and homes built in the Alpine style. It is easy to see why it is called the Switzerland of Morocco. The journey then goes to the cedar forest, which is home to the Barbary macaques. Feel free to feed them while exploring the forest. Later, we’ll head to Midelt, where we’ll have some free time for lunch. We then drive to Merzouga over the Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass and the Ziz valley. Day 6: Merzouga to Dades Valley

After breakfast, we leave the desert towards Rissani, known provusely as Sijilmassa, the ancient capital of Tafilalet. Rissani is still a large trading center in the Desert region, with the biggest souk lively on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

After a walk in Rissani Souk, we’ll continue to Erfoud, where we’ll visit one of the workshops for fossilized marble. Then we cross Touroug and Tinjdad to reach the Todra Gorges. The course of the Todra River has carved out a grand canyon through the mountains. The gorges are an ideal place for climbing sports.

Feel free to wander in the gorges and enjoy the beauty of the landscape. Free time for lunch in a nearby restaurant, then we continue to the Dades valley, through Boumalne Dades. a stop at the “monkey paw” rock formation. Day 7: Dades Valley to Marrakech

After breakfast, we continue our drive to Kalaa Magouna to explore the Rose Valley. Every year in May, a celebration of roses is conducted. A marketplace where residents sell rose-related goods. We continue our journey via Skoura’s picturesque palm trees. Ouarzazate, also called the “gate of the desert,” is our next stop. We’re going to check out the studios where all those blockbuster movies were made.

A trip to the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah is in order. A fortified settlement that UNESCO has designated as a World Heritage Site. The Kasbah has also been featured in numerous films, such as Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy, etc., and television shows like “Game of Thrones.” The next stop is Marrakesh.

Day 8: Marrakech to Casablanca
