Day 1: Fez, Atlas Mountains, Tiz’n Talghamt, Errachidia, and Merzouga Desert
Embark on an adventure as our driver picks you up from your Fes hotel at 8:00 AM. Traverse the mesmerizing Middle Atlas Mountains, passing Berber villages en route. Stop in Ifrane, known as Moroccan Switzerland, explore Azrou’s cedar forest with monkeys, and have lunch in Midelt. Continue south to Erfoud, famous for fossils, passing through the scenic Ziz Valley. Arrive at the Erg Chebbi Dunes in the afternoon, where a hotel in Merzouga awaits a night of dinner and rest.
Day 2: 4×4 Merzouga Excursion and Desert Camp
After breakfast, our 4×4 adventure begins. Explore Hassi Labied Oasis, Srij Lake, Khamlia village, and M’ifis mines. Encounter a nomadic Berber family, enjoy panoramic views, and return for lunch. Later, ride camels to a Berber camp in the desert, witnessing a breathtaking sunset. Evening activities include sandboarding, traditional Berber music, and stargazing under the nomads’ tent.
Day 3: Merzouga to Todgha Gorge to Dades Valley
Wake up early for a sunrise spectacle in the desert. After breakfast, either ride camels or transfer by 4WD back to the starting point. The journey continues to Rissani’s weekly market and through Berber villages. Explore Todra Gorge, have lunch, and head to Boumalne Dades. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay in Dades Valley.
Day 4: Dades Valley, Ouarzazate, Ait ben Haddou, High Atlas Mountains, Marrakech
